I have been playing the drums for more than 25 years and when I’m not on stage or in the studio making records, I can be found teaching privately out of my brand new, purpose built home music studio in Aspley, Brisbane.
I offer modern and flexible 1 on 1, face to face (in Brisbane) or ONLINE (anywhere) private lessons tailored specifically to each individual student, as I recognise that no two students have the exact same goals, expectations and interests.
We will talk about what you want to achieve both on the drums, and in the wider music industry, and together we can develop a program that will efficiently and effectively help you to reach your goals.
I currently have very limited availability for lessons, but am accepting enquiries to see if we can work something out.

ABOUT DANIEL
Dan is best known as the drummer in the band Ball Park Music.
He has played with the band now for 14 years, notching up an impressive list of achievements during this time.
Together they have released 7 full length studio albums, with the last 6 all reaching the top 10 of the ARIA charts, 3 of them landing at #2, while 4 have received ARIA award nominations. The band has also won a Triple J award, and Three Queensland Music awards, with over 12 entries in the Triple J Hottest 100.
Ball Park has played over 500 shows touring both Nationally and Internationally, whilst regularly appearing on the stages of Australia’s biggest music festivals (Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival, Groovin the Moo).
When not drumming with Ball Park Music, Daniel also offers his services as a session performer and has collaborated with several highly regarded Australian artists including Alex the Astronaut and The Grates.
Dan has a Bachelor of Music and a Working with Children Blue Card and has been privately tutoring drum students of all ages, backgrounds and styles for over 10 years.
He officially endorses some of the world’s biggest drumming brands including - Ludwig, Zildjian, Remo and Vic Firth.
